All you need to know about our yacht charter services
What does a typical yacht charter include?
Every charter includes a professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Exact inclusions depend on the service type — for sunset cruises, non-alcoholic beverages and hors d'oeuvres are provided, while corporate charters offer conference facilities and corporate catering options.
How early should I make a booking?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if the weather is unfavourable?
Safety is our top priority. If the weather is deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer to reschedule your charter to the next available date or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions appear questionable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. However, we also offer excellent catering services and can customize menus to your preferences. Please note that glass containers are not permitted on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We strive to accommodate all guests. Some of our vessels have better accessibility features than others. Please contact us when booking to discuss specific needs, and we will recommend the most suitable yacht and arrange any necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
